7/24/03 We started out with pack covers on. Tumble's doubles as her poncho, but Rough has a dedicated pack cover. Into another day of wet hiking, no rain, but with each breath of wind we get showered from the drenched trees above and with each step our boots absorbed more water from the mud and the wet grasses lining the trail.
