7/29/03 After spending the night at Johnny SeeSaws, we packed up early, put on our hiking clothes, and walked down to breakfast. Afterwards we sat on the front porch swing until innkeeper Gary graciously drove us to the trailhead at VT 11 and 30. The weather looked promising and he said he ordered it especially for us. Tumble's blisters have calmed down, Rough's neck feels better, and we are wearing dry and clean clothes. It's a great day for a hike in the woods!
