7/31/03 On a re-routed section of the trail near the Greenwall Shelter junction we met a nurse from "the other side of Bromley" with an interesting perspective on life's lessons. "Learn it yourself or listen to others. Unfortunately, they seldom overlap." We left her enjoying her snack and day off and continued down the steep switchbacks.
